Soph – that Fury can be very persuading. Especially when he’s wearing hotpants.

CarpeDi – OMG OMG, it’s good to see you too.

Halfrek – Anytime you and eirefaerie call for me, I’ll be there. Sooner or later.

Eirefaerie – I’m actually thinking about bringing Sisters to the big screen. It’ll be a lot like Charlie’s Angels, but with more sisters. I hope I can get McG to direct it.

And I hear you have a birthday coming up. Oh boy. I’m already picking out my birthday suit…

I’m glad you guys liked the shout out. Figured it was the least I could do for all that hardcore soul-shaking worship.

Sunburst – Fury flatters me. The stuff that got cut, well, I don’t know if I’d call it hilarious. Mostly it was a bunch of jokes that made me laugh and made everyone else say, “I don’t get it.”

By the way, we could probably title every one of my notes sessions “I don’t get it.”

Carita – he doesn’t kick my *** at golf. I beat him consistently. I thought we went over this.

Littlexander – you can call me whatever you want. As long as it has something to do with kings or gods or adonises (adonisi?)

Kessie – good question. I wish I could have been the guy who said “The troll is doing an Olaf impression!”

Cassie – Trachtenberg will not leave me alone. It’s always like, “What’s Drew doing?” “Where’s Drew?” and “Make sure Drew’s not trying on my shoes again.” I swear, she’s so in love with me.

Uh, Drew? Don't you mean "Freedom Kissing" melons ... Got to stay PC with the PB.

And what the hell is a grown man doing, sitting around trying to play tonsil hockey with
melons? That's just wrong.

I’m holing up in this office, and I’m writing Buffy scripts until they drag my cold, lifeless body out of here. Buffy For Life! Screw everyone else!

Major Wiggins – I understand your confusion. Did I mention they were honey dew melons? That should clear things up. And I refuse to call French Fries “Freedom Fries.” It’s not like we changed Hitler-O’s just ‘cause of some stupid war. Geez.

ShadowQuest – You don’t have to have internet access to be my Minion. You just have to be really, really awesome.

OldManFan – Nope. You can’t transfer the prize. We’re making out. Like it or not.

King Goddard is here! Yay! Wonderful episode this week. Definitely my favorite of the season so far. Also loved the Minion shout out. You're so good to us.

Can you give us an example of one of your jokes that was cut? Plus I still want to know about the *** wig ***

Drew! Drew! *gasps from starstruck shock* I am still recovering from the brilliance of LMPTM, wanted to so thank you for that episode! Though was heartily disappointed that the "Lucien, Prince of Lies" line was cut out. Still, it was one of my fave eps this year!!

I can’t believe I missed all this praising of me. Somebody should summarize it and then make a poster of it or something.

Caity – Buffy ending is very, very sad for me. Don’t these people know I just got here? C’mon, let’s do seven more years!

RhiannFire – Thank you so much. You’re very sweet.

Kathypg – I had a whole “Wrath of Khan” run in there that had to be cut for time. It’s very sad. And I’m not in charge of wigs, so I can’t say for sure.

BuffyX -- Hey, how did you know about Lucien, Prince of Lies? That was another joke I hated to see go. Mark my words, sooner or later I’m going to get Lucien, Prince of Lies into a script. Though that might be kind of hard if I go work on, say, Law and Order…

Dachelle! Good to see you. Got your questions. I’ll fill them out just as soon as Fury stops asking me for golf lessons.

Drew . . . a surprised thank you. It's appreciated. Though it's coming to a close, I really think you're a big part of the reason this season is coming together so nicely. I'm not really working on anything to do with the Buffy license anymore, focusing on original work almost exclusively these days, but I still come in and say hello when I'm working late. :)

Well gang, gonna have to be leaving. Duty calls. Thanks for hanging with me, and thank you for all the kind words about Lies My Parents Told Me. Glad you liked it. Credit James Marsters and DB Woodside for turning in some of the best acting of their careers (and that’s saying a lot.)

Oh wait – here’s a fun trivia fact for you. Even though it’s never said on screen (and, as we’ve learned, should therefore not be taken as canon, but what the Hell, you know?) Spike’s mother’s name in the script is “Anne.”

Well, I’m off. I’ll be back soon, though. We gotta get as much Bronze time in as possible in the next few weeks, you know?
